THE PRECISION OF PÂTISSERIE IN HAUTE CUISINE

Donaire is a restaurant where culinary creativity blurs the boundaries between sweet and savoury. Under the direction of Chef Jesús Camacho, the restaurant has revolutionised haute cuisine by applying the precision and meticulousness of pâtisserie to the savoury world.

This innovative approach has been recognised with a MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide and a Sol in the Repsol Guide, positioning Donaire as a cutting-edge benchmark in signature cuisine.

Dress code: Elegant, with long trousers and closed shoes for gentlemen.
